  • Comment :   The color is dark, dense and frank. In the nose, it is powerfull with notes of wild black fruits. In the mouth, good concentration with lots of roundness and finesse. Good length. The wood is well balanced and elegant. The tannins are smooth, very ripe and silky. Can be enjoyed in 5 or 7 years. Will taste at his best if served at normal temperature. If possible, open the bottle an hour or so before pouring to let the wine breathe. Try it grilled or roasted white meats, red meats, poultry, games, grilled fish, hard dough cheeses.
