  • Comment : Bright dark red colour with deep purple glints. In the nose, the wine opens on red fruits, black cherry and slight vanilla. In the mouth, it is meaty and harmonious with present tannins but supple. Nice balance between the fruit and the wood. Spicy notes, slightly roasted. Nice aromatic lenght. Elegant Wine. Can be enjoyed in 3 or 5 years. Will taste at his best if served at normal temperature. If possible, open the bottle an hour or so before pouring to let the wine breathe. Try it with Quiches, salted pies, pastries, Cold meat, Foie Gras, Mixed salads, Roasted White Meats, Grilled, Roasted Red meats or in sauce, Games.
