  • Comment : Intense black colour. In the nose, aromas of red fruits (very ripe bigaroon cherry). Nice length sustained by a crispy fruit. Notes of vanilla, spices, all in harmony with the fruit. The tannins are very silky with a nice length. Can be enjoyed in 8 years. Will taste at his best if served at normal temperature. If possible, open the bottle an hour or so before pouring to let the wine breathe. Try it with Grilled Red meats, Fowl with sauce or grilled and Games.
