  • Comment : Nice crimson color. In the nose, spicy and vanillia aromas with slight wooden taste. In the attack, the mouth is voluptuous with a nice lenght and smooth tannins. This wine can be enjoyed now or in 3 years. Will taste at his best if served at normal temperature. If possible, open the bottle an hour or so before pouring to let the wine breathe. Try it with stuffed vegetables, veal flanks, pot-au-feu, matured cheeses.
