  • Comment : Distinguished and very fruity wine, with notes of vanilla. In the mouth, it is meaty with a full body. Firm but smooth tanins, balanced in the finish. Nice wine, well made and serious. Can be enjoyed in 5 years. Will taste at his best if served at normal temperature. If possible, open the bottle an hour or so before pouring to let the wine breathe. Try it with Cold meat starters,, Foie Gras, Deer stew, Wood pigeon, Roast Beef or Ribs, Games, Hard dough, Fermented, Goat Cheeses.
