  • Comment : Nice ruby color. In the nose, this wine is greedy. Its concentration is intense and it has a good length in mouth. The woody taste is smooth. The tannins are balanced and ripe. Rich wine. Can be enjoyed in 5 years. Will taste at his best if served at normal temperature. If possible, open the bottle an hour or so before pouring to let the wine breathe. Try it with Cold meat starters, Roast Beef or Ribs, Games, Hard dough, Fermented, Goat Cheeses.
