  • Comment : This wine has a deep color with crimson glints. In the nose, it has a great intensity with black fruits aromas, floral and spicy notes. In the attack, it is clean with an important tannic structure. In the finish, great persistance with a clawy but fruity and spicy matter. Can be enjoyed in 8 years. Will taste at his best if served at normal temperature. If possible, open the bottle an hour or so before pouring to let the wine breathe. Try it with Red meats with sauce, grilled and roasted, Games, Hard dough and fermented Cheeses.
